Why We Built This
Finding a hard money lender used to mean hours of cold calls, stale Google results, and no easy way to compare rates or LTV side by side. We built Hard Money Scout to change that.
Hard Money Scout is an independent, curated directory of hard money lenders across the United States. Every lender listing is researched and verified — so you can compare rates, loan-to-value ratios, funding speed, and project type eligibility in one place, without the noise.
What We Cover
We currently list lenders in 45+ cities across the US, with lender profiles covering:
- Interest rates — starting rates and rate ranges for each lender
- Max LTV — how much of the property value a lender will finance
- Funding speed — typical time from application to close
